Frequently asked questions
Can I just call you when I need snow removal?
To ensure reliable service, availability, and pricing, we highly enrolling in one of our snow removal plans. We do not always deny on-call snow removal, but during larger storms, customers without a plan who call requesting on demand may experience extreme delays or unavailable service due to high demand.
Why do you recommend the unlimited plan?
With the Unlimited Plan, customers can budget with confidence—there are no surprise fees, no snowfall caps, and no extra charges regardless of how much snow falls. This plan ensures your property is consistently cleared throughout the season, providing peace of mind and reliable access no matter the weather.
Do you really guarantee 7am?
We guarantee your driveway will be cleared—or at least plowed once—by 7 AM. If we miss this deadline, we offer compensation to ensure your satisfaction.
The only exception is during extreme snowfall over 10 inches, our trucks may not be able to get to your house, and we will have to wait until your street is cleared. Our drivers are prohibited by insurance from plowing city roads, even when en route to your property. This restriction may delay service until the city streets are cleared by municipal crews.
Do you offer roof snow clearing?
No, unfortunately, we only clear snow from front sidewalks, walkways, and driveways.
How can I get my house on your route?
You can reach us by [phone number/email address/contact form link]. Most houses we can give a price for over the phone. We will happily answer any of your questions and set you up with our online payment system. Once that is done, we come by around mid-November to place marking stakes.
